Our course is ideal for directors to designate the continuing education hours that best suite the employee. The current version of the course lets the director choose 16 of the lessons for the employee to complete.
CYFD requires child care workers complete 24 hours of continuing education annually. 16 of those hours can be completed in an online course.

The 16 Hour Infant and Toddler Course focuses on providing continuing education hours for the child care employee working with children 6 weeks through 36 months. Modules include training in 7 competency areas.

In addition to the online trainings, NMCCEA hosts the National Administrators Credential course. This is a traditional in-classroom course that lasts a full week. The course is a requirement of any individual seeking to become the director of a center.
